Hi everyone! Socko here, typing right from the hotel! I had a BLAST yesterday, and I wanted to share my adventures with you!
Well, when we first got here, we went to have lunch, since everyone was starving. We ate a White Water Cafe, and I gotta say, it was AMAZING!!! I had chicken nuggets, Crumbs had a pretzel and fries, but the tastiest thing on e table was my mom and dad's steak nachos. I don't like spicy nacho cheese, so I was a little hesitant to try them, but I was glad I did! The cheese was gooey and the chips were perfect!
After that, we decided to start our adventure. We went into California Adventure (CA), first, and got fast pass tickets to Soaring Over California and rode Toy Story Mania. I also got to see Duffy, the Disney Bear. Duffy was just recently introduced as a teddy bear that Minnie mad Mickey to take on all his adventures. He was soooo fuzzy, and cute!
After that, we went into Disneyland (DL). The first ride we went on there was Pirates of the Caribbean. It was fun, like always! After that, we went to the Haunted Mansion. It was our first time seeing it not set up for The Nightmare for Christmas. I absolutely loved it this way, and it was so cool! In the elevator, the sliding pictures are really funny, and at the end, when the ceiling lights up, I think it is so cool when the guy is just hanging there from a string!
Next, we went to pick up our World of Color Dinners. We came back to the room, ate them, and then went into the park again.
We went back into CA, so we could use our fast passes on Soarin'. I gotta say, that is one of my favorite rides! If you haven't been on it, BOOK A DISNEY TRIP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, after that we headed over to Bugs Land. I wanted to go see It's Tough to be a Bug, but we didn't... We went on one of the spinny rides (like the teacups), but it was ladybugs, and you couldn't spin it. After, Crumbs went on the bumper cars. Then, we headed over to get our seats.
We had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for World of Color, but it was totally worth it! It was such a neat show! We saw lots of princesses, Wall-E, Heimlich, Simba, Jack Sparrow, Dug, Kevin, Russel, and Carl. There's also a surprise, but it's a surprise! My favorite part of it was either the Aladdin part (because of my friends) or the surprise part!
After that we went to Storyteller's Cafe and had a little something to eat. After that, we went back to our room and ended the night.
